Most of the time that I ask a pet owner what kind of water they give their pet, they usually say tap. Even people that purchase bottled water tend to give their pets tap water. It is very important to give yourself and your pets the best possible water for drinking. Countertop water filters are very popular and offer many gallons of clean filtered water at very little cost. Animals are as sensitive, if not more, to the chlorine and chemicals that are present in tap water systems. Make sure you keep your pet's water bowl clean and full of fresh filtered water.
